What I run for you

I run the online side of your business, from inside your own tools and with your team, every week. The work falls into four areas. They depend on each other, so I plan them together and start with whatever is costing you most.

Websites and Shopify stores

Your site or store is where the rest of the work ends up: the search result someone clicks, the map listing they open, the link in a newsletter. I build and fix websites and Shopify stores, make them load fast on a phone, and make search and filters find the right product.

  • New builds, when building is the better move than fixing
  • Fixing broken pages, templates, forms and checkout steps
  • Speed work, measured on a phone connection
  • Site search and product filters that find the right thing

Getting found

Getting found means showing up clearly where people look: Google search (SEO), Google Maps, Google Shopping, and the answers from ChatGPT, Google’s AI and Perplexity. Nobody can promise a ranking or a mention. What I do is remove what stops Google and AI assistants from reading, understanding and trusting your business.

  • SEO basics: clean titles and descriptions, structured data and sitemaps
  • Google Business Profile management: categories, details, photos you provide and posts
  • Product feed quality and Merchant Center disapprovals
  • Clear, quotable pages, with AI crawlers let in

Automation

Automation is for the work that repeats: answering the same question, chasing the same quote, copying the same order from one tool into another. I set up small systems that do it on time, inside the tools you already use, and write down how each one works.

There is a working assistant on the home page that answers only from approved answers and never makes one up.

  • Quote and lead flows that put every request in one list
  • Follow-ups that do not depend on anyone remembering
  • Chat assistants that answer only from approved answers
  • Newsletters, team boards with step-by-step guides, and scripts that connect your tools

Dashboards and weekly recaps

One live view of your orders, leads, calls and sales, built from the tools you already use, so you can see how the business is doing without opening each one. Every week, a short recap in plain words: what changed, what I did about it, and what comes next.

  • A live dashboard of orders, leads, calls and sales
  • Views for the owner and for the team
  • Every number labeled with where it came from
  • A short recap every week

Why one person for all four?

Because they lean on each other. A Business Profile sends someone to a site with a broken form, the requests that do get through sit in an inbox, and nobody notices, because nobody sees the numbers.

Fixing one link in that chain helps less than fixing the chain. When one person works across all four, the fix to the form, the follow-up after it and the number that tracks it are planned together.

Who I work with

Owner-run businesses of two kinds, equally.

Businesses that sell products

Online stores, brands and distributors selling on their own site and on marketplaces. For them the work centers on the store, the product feed and Google Shopping, and on clear numbers for orders and sales. Here is what I do for businesses that sell products.

Local service businesses

Businesses that live on calls and quote requests, like recycling centers. For them the work centers on Google Maps and the Business Profile, quote and lead flows, follow-ups, and a clear view of calls and leads. Here is what I do for local service businesses.

How it starts

You email me with your website and what is bothering you most. I take a close look at your whole online side and tell you what I would fix first. Then you and I talk, and I send one monthly price. Here is how it starts, step by step.

Questions owners ask

Do I need all four?

No. The work starts with whatever is costing you most and grows from there. After I look at your whole online side, I tell you what I would fix first and in what order.

What does running the online side of a business mean?

It means I do the work every week, inside your own tools and with your team: the site or store, how people find you on Google and in AI answers, the automations that answer and follow up, and the numbers that show how it is going. It is ongoing work, not a one-off project.

Do you work with my team or instead of them?

With them. I work inside the tools your team already uses, write down how things work, and take on the jobs nobody has time for. That can be a few hours a week or a full seat on your team.

How is the work priced?

Monthly. After a close look at your online side and a conversation, I send one monthly price. You can stop with 14 days’ notice.
