For businesses that sell products

Online stores, brands and distributors that sell on their own site and on marketplaces. Every week, I run the online side for you: the store itself, how your products show up on Google and in AI answers, the follow-ups and newsletters, and a live view of orders and sales.

What I run for a product business

Your store, fast and easy to search

Your own site is the one place where you choose the photos, the words and the order things appear in. It should load fast on a phone, show each product clearly and make buying simple.

I work on page speed, product and collection pages, and the checkout path. I tune site search and filters until a customer who types a product name, a size or a part number sees that product first, and no filter leads to an empty page. More on websites and Shopify stores.

Your products on Google Shopping, in search and in AI answers

Google Shopping reads your product feed, the file that lists every product with its price, stock and images. Merchant Center is where Google checks that feed and flags what it will not show.

I keep the feed complete and in step with your store, fix the products Google disapproves, and write product titles in the words people actually search with.

People also ask product questions in Google search and in AI answers from ChatGPT, Google’s AI and Perplexity: which one fits, what it is made of, how delivery works.

I make your product pages, and the structured data behind them, answer those questions plainly. Nobody can promise a place in those results, and I do not. More on getting found.

Automation for the work that repeats

A product business has the same small jobs every day: telling someone where their order is, sending the follow-up after a first purchase, putting out the newsletter, copying orders from one tool into another.

I set up follow-ups that go out on time, newsletters that go out on schedule, and scripts that connect your store to the other tools you use.

A chat assistant on your site can answer common questions about shipping, returns and sizing, only from answers you have approved. When it does not know, it says so and points the person to you.

Team boards with step-by-step guides keep routine jobs, like adding a product or handling a return, done the same way every time. More on automation.

A live view of orders and sales, and a recap every week

One live dashboard with your orders and sales, so a question like how last week went does not mean opening the store admin, the payment provider and a spreadsheet.

Every week you also get a short recap: what the numbers did, what I worked on and what I would do next. More on dashboards and weekly recaps.

Your own site and your marketplaces

If you also sell on marketplaces, each one has its own rules and its own tools. I do not run marketplace accounts or listings: my work is on your own site, on Google, in your automations and in your numbers.

Where a marketplace lets you export or connect its order data, I can bring those orders into your dashboard next to your store’s, so you see all your sales in one view.

Signs this is worth a look

  • Products are disapproved in Merchant Center or missing from Google Shopping, and nobody knows why.
  • A customer searches your store for something you sell and gets no results, or the wrong product.
  • Product pages take a few seconds to show anything on a phone.
  • Questions about shipping, returns and order status get typed out by hand, one email at a time.
  • Nobody follows up after a first order.
  • The newsletter goes out when someone remembers.
  • Bulk and trade inquiries sit in a general inbox.
  • Answering how last week went means opening several tools and a spreadsheet.
  • When you ask an AI assistant about the kind of products you sell, it describes them wrongly or leaves your store out.

How the work runs

I work inside your own tools: your store admin, Merchant Center, your email and newsletter tool, your boards. I work with your team every week, and I am the person you deal with.

The work is monthly, from a few hours a week to a full seat on your team, and you can stop with 14 days’ notice. How it starts walks through the first steps.

Want a reading of your store first? The site check looks at your home page right now and shows what it finds, in plain words.

Questions owners ask

Can you build a new store, or only fix the one I have?

Both. I build new stores and fix existing ones. Which makes more sense for yours is part of what I tell you after my first close look.

What is a product feed?

A file that lists every product you sell with its title, price, stock, images and identifiers such as barcode numbers. When the feed and your store disagree on a price or on stock, Google can stop showing those products.

Can you get my products to show up in ChatGPT or Google’s AI answers?

Nobody can honestly promise that. These tools work from what they can read, so I make sure your site, its structured data and your product feed all give the same clear facts about each product.

Is this a fit for a distributor that also sells to trade customers?

Yes. For trade customers, the work often includes a clear way to ask for a bulk or trade quote, a quote flow that reaches the right person, and follow-ups that do not rely on anyone remembering.

Do you manage Amazon or other marketplace accounts?

No. I do not run marketplace accounts or listings: my work is on your own site, on Google, in your automations and in your numbers. Where a marketplace lets you export or connect its order data, I can bring those orders into your dashboard next to your store’s, so you see all your sales in one view.

Who on my team would you work with?

Whoever runs the store and the orders day to day, and you. If that is only you, I work with you.
